All of the noise has caused many of us to lose touch with our inner voice. Whether it is five minutes or an hour, having time to ourselves is a luxury that many of us do not have. It is important to set aside time for the sake of our well being. Making time to sit with your thoughts is a great way to reconnect with yourself.
